Overcharged for the month of February without any notification. I only agreed to the increase that I was already aware of. I will not agree to another increase, especially without notification, and I will cancel for the lack of communication. Is very frustrating to deal with a company that has no human contact.

Incorrect billing

Spotify - Incorrect billing
The service was canceled on January 5th and I am still being charged $9.99. There's definitely a breakdown of communication if I have to constantly follow up with Spotify for this billing error that hasn't been resolved as of yet. I need to make sure this account is closed and a credit is issued to my visa debit card.

Im writing this because I called to cancel Spotify. It was set up by my daughter who has not lived with me for 2 1/2 years. I dont know what that ID is or her password. It has been charged to my American Express card and I no longer want that to happen when I called and told the person the issue I was having they said there was nothing they could do.
