I am being charged twice for premium

For some time I have been charged twice for my premium even though I am only using one account I believe it is because I have two linked too my bank account I believe it is from an old Spotify account I have not used for a few years I will cancel all payments if I cannot resolve this also I would like the payments back that I am owed please can we resolve it thank-you

Need to cancel an account we have not had access to for over 1 year

My son set up a spotify premium account a few years ago. We have since gotten new phones, He does not have access to his spotify account, he has used many different emails and passwords, whenever he needed an email he just created a new one. how can i cancel this? we have been charged 9.99 for over a year, without access to this account. only found out he has not used it when he asked for a new account please help out with cancelling this account, all i really know is the bank account this is being withdrawn from every month. thanks Chris Gardner

Spotify playlist has been amended by somebody who is not on the list of collaborators. Two songs have been added to the playlist without my permission and duplicated over 9000 times. I am sick of having problems with Spotify ad my playlists especially considering how organised I am with my playlist managementz
